Chantel comes with a Bachelor’s Degree from Brigham Young University in Applied Business and over 12 years in the banking sector. In 2019, Chantel transitioned her career into real estate after being a stay at home mother for 5 years and quickly became the top producing real estate agent her first year in business. She continues to develop firm relationships with extraordinary client retention and loyalty. Her continued dedication and work ethic has brought many growth opportunities within the company as the company targets and services multiple institutional real estate clients housing hundreds to even thousands of transactions per year. Chantel is the active Designated Broker and Broker in charge for the company in multiple states and there isn’t an industry role Chantel isn’t an expert at. Chantel’s passion and energy resonates beyond the office. Outside professional work, her personal life is filled with joy caring for her 2 children, husband, and continues to be a helping hand or offering a hot meal or baked goodies with a smiling face for anyone in need.
Keane serves as a right hand man for many of the licensees by ensuring all of the rental listings are marketed and schedules appointments for our agents. Keane is an Army veteran who has served a tour oversees and started with the company in 2024. Everyone enjoys Keane's polite attitude and he serves as our "Johnny on the Spot" with how quick he is to handle the needs of the brokerage. Keane enjoys anything adrenaline, except roller coasters and you can find him working on cars or riding motorcycles in his free time.
With more than 25 years in the financial services industry, Mitch is committed to going above and beyond in order to address and fulfill all of his clients’ financial needs. Mitch has an extensive background working with Private Bank sector and high net worth clients. While he is currently obtaining his real estate license so he is able to offer a full range of service from loan to home, he currently is an unlicensed assistant and serves as right hand man for our leasing program. Mitch shares two beautiful children with the founder, Chantel and they make it their #1 priority to have a great relationship giving their kids a great life! He's a wonderful father, can-do-attitude, and we haven't met someone yet who doesn't absolutely love Mitch!
Juleen Nielsen is an extremely driven, outgoing and multifaceted member of the team. She is known to be the backbone of our brokerage with her positive attitude and smile! Juleen is a wealth of knowledge, attentive, prompt and eager to help work ethic has been instrumental as she is the one who makes sure the I’s are dotted and T’s are crossed. Juleen handles the closings and organization of our closings at the brokerage. Outside of the day to day, she takes care of her 4 kids, loves watching the kids play soccer, and would be considered and outdoor enthusiast.
